Calibration Table

This downstream consists of individual and detachable Units with separate Electric Panels: Calibration table, Haul-off, Cutter, Profiles collection table. These units are available in ranges of different sizes to meet all requirements.

The Calibration Tables are available in different sizes: BPC15.3 - BPC25.3 - BPC25.5 - BPC50.3 - BPC50.5 . Special extensions can be added to all tables to meet all requirements. All tables have motorized vertical regulation and manual transversal regulation.

In all models, the longitudinal movimentation of the entire bench is also motorized and slides on special translation rails. Waste waters are discharged in a collecting vat placed under the bucket, inside the bearing structure. The number of Vacuum or H2o outlets and of the required pumps is customizable to meet all requirements. The Electric Panel and the hanging control console are on the machine side. Tilting calibration base plates are also available.
