Cutting unit
Circular blade cutters are available in the following versions: TG250 - TG300 - TG350 - TG400 - TG450 - TG500 - TG550 .
The cutting decks are mounted on skates driven by a pneumatic piston. For high precision cuts, a Brushless motor can be applied with a ball screw and a spiral. The electric panel and the operator’s control panel are integrated on the machine body. The cuts length and quantity program is microprocessor controlled. The cutter axis is regulated by working a small wheel. A vacuum waste collection system installed on the cutter discharges the wastes in a collection bag.
In addition to the described range, special size cutters are available, to cut door panels for instance, as well as applicative modules to execute in-line milling, shearing or boring operations depending on the requests.
