OMEGA S “EVO”

Omega S "EVO" represents the new Downstream generation.This new "concept" covered by European patent, radically reinterprets the concept of extrusion. In summary, here are its innovative aspects:
Single monocoque main frame for Calibrating table, Takeoff, Cutting unit and the cutter dump table. Unique Electrical cabinet, integrated into the structure together with the wiring. Control of all the units made by Siemens PLC with touch screen operator panel. Very fast downstream customization possibility with insertion of additional units such as UV Modules Printing Groups, Punching units, Marking units and more. Moreover, the entire main frame is predisposed for the insertion of wheels for the complete downstream translation within the extrusion area. The structural compactness, the convenience and flexibility, combined with an innovative design, makes the Omega S “EVO” downstream a unique solution in today's panorama.
