The high-performance features of the NEW FFC™ ULTRA LIGHT COMPOSITE MATERIAL make it ideal for many applications in many different areas, in the construction field but also in furniture and especially in interior decoration, and allows to obtain highly competitive products compared to the materials used until now. Although its cost is considerably lower, the economic point of view is not the main reason, it is primarily because the tests done have shown that the new FFC™ composite material gathers all the best physical and mechanical characteristics found in all the other materials presently used. If, for instance, the furniture and furnishings or construction fields are contemplated, like in the case of door frames, plinths, profiles in general – specially if complex – it becomes an alternative and a substitute of WPC or of other thermoplastic material and, above all, wins over MDF ad comparison. Its properties have definitively eliminated the many problems that were still to be solved, such as the profiles deformation due to water infiltration or the dimensional stability.
